If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will offer a refund or exchange on the sale price of the item(s) within 15 days of purchase, after we are notified in writing of the return.
Biotech Screening is not responsible for lost or damaged items while shipping, for this reason be sure to insure the package for the full value of the invoice plus shipping charges using the delivery courier of your choice to confirm that your return has reached us. E-mail us the delivery confirmation number so that we may track the shipment.
Shipping/handling costs of returns or exchanges will not be refunded. When returning your order include:
1) Unopened, unaltered item(s) in their original sealed packaging.
2) A copy or original invoice.
3) Returns without prior email notification will not be accepted.
4) Indicate the reason for your return.
5) Package the returned item(s) in a box comparable to the original box that the item(s) arrived in.
6) Send the package via registered mail, e-mail us the shipment tracking number.
Once the return is accepted and approved, the respective credit will be issued to your credit card within 15 business days of receiving your return. Please note it may take 1-2 billing cycles for your credit to appear on your statement.
In the event that a package is returned to sender or refused, a 25% restocking fee will be charged before issuing a refund. To avoid this, follow the instructions above with proper notification of the return.
